EMG - an attractive employer: "We are a modern and at the same time tradition-conscious company. We have strong ties to the region and its people. Since its beginnings in 1946, EMG has been a reliable employer with over 450 employees worldwide - and a recognised address for qualified training opportunities.
The future firmly in sight: "We are proud of our committed and qualified employees. That is why we do a lot to offer them attractive jobs in the long term. This includes, among other things, flexible working hours, mobile working, a good work-live balance and individual training opportunities."
Therefore we want, among other things:
- attract the "best talents" from all age groups to EMG
- retain employees in the long term
- expand professional and social competences across departments and positions in a forward-looking manner
- secure and pass on the knowledge available at EMG
- optimise the work-life balance."
The development of our employees is our priority. Through our "elexis Academy", we offer an internal training program and external training opportunities. From specialist seminars to sports and language courses, there is something for everyone - at EMG we believe in lifelong learning!
Retirement provision (metal pension)
We are not thinking about the here and now, but also about the future. At EMG, everyone can actively contribute to their own retirement provision, and as an employer we provide financial support. Because it is extremely important to us that our employees can provide for their old age!
Every day we work together on innovative ideas and products for our customers. That is why we will continue to need colleagues who enjoy taking on responsibility, are creative and are passionate about their tasks. Does that apply to you?
Quality needs qualification: That is why we have attached great importance to the training of our employees for more than 75 years. To date, more than 1,300 young people have successfully completed their training at EMG. This number should continue to rise. In addition, there are the trainees from the surrounding companies who cannot train all of them themselves.
"I like working at EMG because it is a really good company and a great employer. I really enjoy working here. My three children Christopher, Katharina and Larissa and my son-in-law Tim also work at EMG. I am very proud of that."
