Repair request

Dear customer, in order to be able to carry out your repair safely and smoothly at our premises, we kindly ask you to fill in the online form "Repair request" completely before sending the device(s). Delivery without prior submission of the online form may result in delays in the repair process.

Sequence of the repair process

    After completing the online form, you will receive a repair registration document. This must be enclosed with the consignment. Whether via collection by EMG or self-organised shipping - send your device(s) in packaging that is safe for shipping.

    Please fit any transport locks that may be required. Return carriage paid, in case of warranty we will send postage paid. Upon receipt of the goods, we will prepare a cost estimate for each individual unit. This cost estimate will be sent to your contact person by e-mail.

    Hint: If the unit is not repaired or a new unit is not ordered, a lump sum will be charged for the cost estimate(s) (plus freight and packaging). After your approval of the cost estimate by order, we start the repair process. After completion of the repair process, you will receive your device(s) back fully functional.
