What awaits you at EMG– and what makes us strong together

  • With us, you’ll take on responsibility right from the start – we trust you to make a difference.
  • You’ll become part of a team where solidarity is more than just a word.
  • Your ideas matter – because true innovation thrives on people who think ahead.
  • And most importantly: your performance will be recognized and appreciated.

EMG offers vocational training as part of Germany’s dual education system.

The advantage of this model is the close integration of practical training within the company and theoretical instruction at a vocational school – ensuring a well-rounded and hands-on education.

Our apprentices are supported by experienced trainers, qualified professionals and vocational school teachers, including through supplementary lessons at EMG.

Training usually takes 3 to 3.5 years and concludes with a final examination conducted by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK). Depending on performance, it may be possible to shorten the training period.
