EMG IMR
Whether in pickling or rinsing systems, the inductive strip centre measurement EMG IMR reliably measures the strip centre without contact. The system works reliably even in the presence of moisture, chemicals and temperatures up to 80 °C.
Function principle
EMG IMR is the perfect solution for aggressive and humid environments (at medium temperatures of up to 80 °C). This proven system solution is primarily used in environments characterised by harmful or corrosive substances, for example in pickling or rinsing systems.
The EMG IMR inductive strip center measurement system consists of four encapsulated coils in a tube design, which consists of non-metallic protective tubes resistant to the medium and runs across the containers above and below the strip. Furthermore non-metallic protective tubes for EMG IMR sensors are available as an option.
Customer benefits
