What is the application process like?
Our application process usually consists of the following steps:
- Online application
- Review of documents
- Initial interview (online or on site)
- Invitation to a second interview, if applicable
- Final decision
We will keep you informed about each step in a transparent manner.
What documents are required?
For most applications:
- Curriculum vitae
- Relevant references or certificates
- Optional: Cover letter or short statement of motivation
If a portfolio or work samples are required, this will be stated in the job advertisement.
How quickly will I receive a response?
We aim to get back to you as soon as possible. We review every application very carefully, so depending on the number of applications, it may take some time. If it takes a little longer, we will actively inform you.
Can I apply for several positions at the same time?
Yes, of course. Your documents will be reviewed separately for each position.
Can I submit a speculative application?
Yes. If there are no suitable positions advertised, we welcome your speculative application.
Can I apply without a cover letter?
A CV is often sufficient. If a cover letter is required, this will be marked as a mandatory field.
How does the interview work?
The interview usually lasts 60–90 minutes. The main purpose is to get to know you, understand your motivation and answer any questions you may have.
