During the gentle transition from summer to autumn, an elite team from Guangzhou JFE Steel Sheet Co., Ltd. (GJSS), JFE Shoji (Guangzhou) Trading Co., Ltd., and JFE Steel Corporation Headquarters, led by General Managers Kyoichi Murata and Junichi Nishimura, alongside Chief Electrical Officer Liang Wen of GJSS, traveled to EMG Beijing as a group of ten to jointly participate in the ex-factory inspection of the EMG eWIPE Air Knife Lip Cleaning System. This milestone event not only signifies another significant step forward in the cooperation between the two parties but also doubles as a testament to quality and technology.

The two sets of EMG eWIPE, custom-built for the two air knives of the 2#CGL line, employ both offline and online configurations, ensuring seamless hardware and application alignment, thereby bolstering the robustness of the scraper system's functionality. This innovative approach underscores EMG's profound expertise in intelligent manufacturing and presages another leap in industry standards.

Looking back, since embarking on this partnership in March 2023, after nearly a year and a half of meticulous preparation and relentless effort, the EMG eWIPE project has finally reached its pinnacle moment – ex-factory inspection. This two-day evaluation was not only a crucible for product quality but also a manifestation of the collective wisdom and dedication of both Chinese and Japanese teams.

On the first day, relevant employees from EMG Beijing and Japanese experts convened to delve into the intricacies of the EMG eWIPE system's functions. Facing meticulous inquiries from the Japanese experts, the EMG Beijing team provided detailed and professional responses, showcasing their profound industry insights and remarkable technical strength. The subsequent day saw Japanese experts taking hands-on measurements of the EMG eWIPE's mechanical components according to design drawings, while live demonstrations on PLC and HMI interfaces simulated online control scenarios, further confirming the product's reliability and stability.

Moreover, beyond the inspection, the visiting clients also toured EMG Beijing's Guanglian Plant, where the rigorous management of cleanrooms, exquisite craftsmanship of QA products, and outstanding performance of controllers garnered high praise from all attendees. This recognition underscores not only EMG's technical strength but also sets the stage for even more promising collaborations in the future.

Conclusion:
With the successful completion of the EMG eWIPE ex-factory inspection, the collaboration between JFE Group and EMG Beijing has embarked on a new chapter. Expressing profound satisfaction with the product's overall functionality and manufacturing, the clients have conveyed their keen interest in promoting EMG's eWIPE systems across JFE's global facilities, including Indonesia, Mexico, Thailand, and beyond. This underscores their trust in EMG's innovative capabilities and shared aspirations for a brighter future together.

Looking ahead, EMG remains committed to its core philosophy of "perfecting your performance," and together with global partners like JFE Group, will continue to propel the steel industry towards intelligence and sustainability, contributing to a more prosperous tomorrow.
