While our hardware and control software portfolio remains the backbone of our value proposition, further digitalisation has taken important steps forward in recent years. With EMG iCASS® – our intelligent Control and Analytical Software Solutions platform – more production lines are tapping into the potential of data-driven optimisation.
Using high-quality measurement data from our quality assurance systems as well as any other relevant process data across the production line, EMG iCASS® provides new insights into process behaviour, supports the early detection of deviations and helps unlock untapped potential e.g. in coating lines, galvanising lines and upstream processes. The decisive advantage: EMG combines reliable measurement data of all kinds with almost eight decades of domain know-how – a combination that ensures practical relevance, robust results and real process improvements.
