Four EMG trainees successfully trained

They have successfully completed their apprenticeship at EMG Automation GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of elexis AG: Stephan Deimel (electronics technician for industrial engineering), Pauline Deller (industrial clerk), Frederik Döppeler (industrial clerk) and Michel Hausmann (technical product designer).

After the four trainees passed their final exams before the Siegen Chamber of Industry and Commerce, they were now presented with congratulation cards and gift vouchers by representatives of the management, the works council and the training management as thanks and recognition. Of the four graduates, two will study and two will be taken on as permanent employees.

CEO Dr. Rolf Merte: "I would like to congratulate our apprentices on the successful completion of their training. Training young people is a matter of course for us as a large employer in the region and a particularly important concern for me as a board member. The fact that more than 40 outside companies also use our training workshop for the basic training and exam preparation of their apprentices reflects the good reputation of our training."

EMG has been providing training in the region for more than 75 years. Since then, around 1,300 young people have completed their training here. In addition to industrial-technical and commercial training opportunities, EMG has its own training workshop, annual internships abroad in England and Ireland, and regular apprentice trips. EMG currently employs 26 apprentices. The next training year starts on 1 September 2022.
