The new generation of EMG ELDRO® thrusters offers you the following improved features:
- Rotating device base (A): Always flexible positioning on site . Special housing sizes or complex conversion are no longer necessary.
- Freely selectable cable glands (B): Three freely selectable positions on the housing allow flexible installation even in confined areas.
- New overflow edge on oil filling screw (C): High comfort and avoidance of dirt when changing operating fluids
- Intelligent low temperature heating: Placement directly in the oil, which results in a faster readiness of the thruster. In case of high temperature fluctuations, an automatic shutdown is carried out by the use of a thermal switch in the clamping box.
- Externally infinitely adjustable lifting/lowering valve for all sizes
- High-quality disc bellows (D): protection of the piston rod surface against aggressive atmospheres
In addition to these improved features the new generation EMG ELDRO® uses a standardized DIN motor. As a standard component, this ensures worldwide availability and consistent quality. Our suppliers always offer the highest quality for all standard components.
Through optimized casting processes, also the variety of parts in the EMG ELDRO® thrusters was reduced, resulting in improved flow geometry which leads to a higher performance.
