The occasion is the 75th birthday, which the traditional company from Wenden celebrates in 2021. The ceremonial presentation of the certificate also took place there today at the company's headquarters, where Klaus Gräbener, IHK Chief Executive Officer, said: "We congratulate you most sincerely on this anniversary and wish EMG all the best for the future."
The IHK Siegen, of which EMG is a member, is the self-governing body for all tradespeople in the Siegen-Wittgenstein and Olpe region. The ceremony was attended by EMG's Managing Directors Ingo Koesfeld and Jürgen Simon as well as the Chairman of the Board of Management Dr. Rolf Merte, who accepted the certificate and emphasised: "The certificate of honour from the Siegen Chamber of Commerce and Industry honours us greatly and will find a fitting place in our home. It once again underlines EMG's firm roots in the region as a company rich in tradition and an attractive employer."
